  • 1/2 whole Lemon, Juice Only
  • 2 Tablespoons Tahini
  • 1 Tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 4 cups Canned Chickpeas, Rinsed And Drained
  • 2 cups Canned Pumpkin Puree
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • Salt To Taste

    Into the bowl of a food processor, add the garlic, lemon juice, tahini and olive oil and pulse until smooth.

    Add the chickpeas and pulse until smooth.

    Add the pumpkin (using more or less depending on the desired consistency of the hummus) along with the cumin, paprika and salt; pulse until smooth and evenly combined.
