- 1 pound cake (sliced in 1/4-inch slices)
- 1 can pumpkin (beaten until smooth)
- 1 jar apricot jam
- 1 c. vanilla pudding
- pecans, chopped fine
- whipped cream (optional)
Directions

1Place slice of cake, layer with thin layer of apricot jam first, then layer of pumpkin, whipped cream, then vanilla pudding. Add second layer of pound cake.

2Press top layer of cake down gently.

3Run a layer of whipped cream down the middle of the top of the cake.

4Sprinkle with pecans, chopped finely.
