Pumpkin Pecan Bread

- 2 3/4 c. self-rising flour
- 1 Tbsp. pumpkin pie spice
- 1 c. pecans, finely chopped
- 1 c. butter, softened
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. packed brown sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 c. pumpkin
Directions

1In a small bowl, combine flour, pumpkin pie spice and pecans; set aside.

2In a large bowl, cream butter and sugars until light. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.

3Blend in pumpkin.

4Add dry ingredients; mix just until moistened.

5Turn into 2 greased and floured loaf pans.

6Bake in a preheated 350° oven for 1 hour and 10 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes.

7Remove from pans.

8Cool on wire racks.
