  • 1-1/4 cups firmly packed brown sugar
  • 1 cup canned pumpkin
  • 1/2 cup MIRACLE WHIP Dressing
  • 1/4 cup 2% reduced fat milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 tsp. CALUMET Baking Powder
  • 1-1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
  • 1/4 tsp. ground cloves
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans

    Heat oven to 350F.

    Mix sugar, pumpkin, dressing, milk and eggs until well blended; add to combined dry ingredients, mixing just until moistened.

    Fold in pecans.

    Pour into greased and floured 9x5 inch loaf pan.

    Bake 55 to 60 minutes or until wooden toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
