- 2 c. sugar
- 3 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
- 1 c. vegetable oil
- 4 eggs
- 1 c. chopped pecans
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°. Combine flour, sugar and cinnamon; set aside. Mix pumpkin, oil and eggs. Add pumpkin mixture to dry ingredients and mix until smooth. Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted near center comes out clean. Cool, then frost.
