Ingredients

  • 1 large pkg. peach jello
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 3 c. water
  • 1 (8 oz.) bottle ReaLemon
  • 1 (1 oz.) bottle almond extract
  • 1 large can unsweetened pineapple juice
  • 4 liters ginger ale

Directions

    Bring jello, sugar and water to a boil making sure jello and sugar dissolve.

    Mix ReaLemon, extract and pineapple juice to jello mixture.

    Freeze in a gallon container.
  4. 4
    Set out to soften about an hour before serving.
  5. 5
    Pour ginger ale over frozen mixture prior to serving.
