- 4 flour tortillas
- 1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 1/4 c. tomatoes, chopped
- 1/2 c. green chilies, finely chopped
- 1/2 c. onion, finely chopped
- 1 c. shredded lettuce
- 1 small can sliced olives
- corn oil
- beaten egg
- bottled taco sauce
Directions

1Combine cheese, onion, chilies and 3/4 cup tomatoes.

2Spread on half of each tortilla.

3Fold over tortilla and wrap tightly. Brush inside edges of flap with beaten egg to seal.

4Brush tortilla with oil and place on grate over medium-low coals.

5Grill for 5 to 7 minutes, or until golden on one side.

6Turn and brown. Remove from heat.

7Place on platter.

8Top with lettuce, olives and remaining tomatoes.

9Serve with bottled sauce.
