  • 1 frozen pie shell (parbaked)
  • 1/2 lb. bacon, chopped and fried until crisp
  • 1 c. onion
  • 1 c. mushrooms
  • 1/2 c. ham, chopped
  • 3/4 lb. Swiss cheese, chopped
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 c. half and half
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • garlic to taste
