- 12 slices bacon
- 1 cup shredded swiss cheese
- 13 cup minced onion
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups whipping cream
- 34 teaspoon salt
- 14 teaspoon sugar
Directions

1Heat oven to 425.

2Sprinkle bacon, cheese and onion in bottom of pie crust.

3Beat eggs slightly and pour whipping cream, salt and sugar into eggs.

4Pour egg mixture into pie pan.

5Bake 15 minutes.

6Reduce oven temperature to 300 and bake additional 30 minutes.

7Let stand for 10 minutes before cutting.
