- 1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
- 1/3 c. minced onion
- 9-inch frozen ready to bake pie crust
- 4 eggs
- 2 c. whipping cream
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. sugar
- 1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
Directions

1Preheat oven to 425°.

2Sprinkle bacon, cheese and onion in pie crust.

3Beat eggs slightly; beat in remaining ingredients.

4Pour cream mixture into pie shell.

5Bake 15 minutes.

6Reduce oven temperature to 300°

7and bake 30 minutes longer or until knife inserted 1-inch from edge comes out clean.

8Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.
