- 1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
- 3/4 c. margarine, softened
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon gelatin
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 c. cottage cheese
- 1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
- 1 (21 oz.) pie filling
- 1/2 c. boiling water
Directions

1Mix margarine and crumbs.

2Put in bottom of 7 x 11-inch pan. In blender, put in hot water and gelatin.

3Process at low speed until smooth.

4Add cheese one cup at a time.

5Process until smooth.

6Pour in large bowl of mixer.

7Add Cool Whip and mix until smooth (low speed).

8Pour over graham crust.

9Chill until set (about 1 hour).

10Top with filling.

11Ready in 1 hour and 15 minutes.
