- 2 pkg. boneless breast tenders
- 1 c. plain yogurt
- 1 Tbsp. dried chopped onion
- 2 tsp. dry chicken broth
- 2 Tbsp. sherry
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 8 oz. fresh sliced mushrooms
Directions

1Use a small bowl to mix yogurt, dried onion, dehydrated chicken broth and sherry.

2Arrange chicken in a 2-quart shallow baking dish.

3Sprinkle salt and pepper.

4Cover with sliced mushrooms and yogurt mixture.

5Cover with foil.

6Bake in 375° oven for about 25 minutes or until fork can be inserted with ease. Serve over rice.

7Makes 4 to 6 servings.
