Quick Chicken Parmesan

- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (about 1 lb.), flattened slightly
- 1/3 c. Italian salad dressing (regular, low calorie or nonfat)
- 1/2 c. seasoned bread crumbs
- 2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
- spaghetti sauce (commercial or freshly made)
- pasta, cooked and drained (about 3/4 lb.)
Directions

1Combine bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese.

2Dip chicken breasts in salad dressing first, and then bread crumb mixture.

3Place in baking dish sprayed with Pam, or lightly greased.

4Bake at 400° for approximately 20 minutes, turning halfway through baking time. Serve with your choice of pasta, sauce and additional Parmesan cheese, if desired.
