Ingredients
- 1 quart plus 1/2 cup vinegar
- 2 1/2 cups water
- 5 cups sugar
- 1/4 cup salt
- 2 Tbsp. celery seed
- 2 Tbsp. mustard seed
- 16 to 20 medium cucumbers cut into chunks
Directions

1Mix all ingredients and boil for five minutes.

2Pack your pickle chunks into pint jars.

3Pour the juice over and fill jars leaving 1/2

4inch of space at top of jar.

5Wash off the top of the jar and put lid and ring on jar.

6Put into canner and cover jars with hot water.
-
7Make sure they boil for five minutes.
-
8Take jars out of canner and put on dry cloth to cool.

9Makes about 10 pints.
