  • 1 1/2 to 2 lb. ground turkey (skinless)
  • 1 pkg. onion soup mix
  • 2 cans Mexican style tomatoes and juice
  • 2 cans pinto beans
  • 1 (27 oz.) light spaghetti sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. cumin
  • 1 tsp. paprika
  • 1 1/2 tsp. garlic
  • pepper to taste
  • 3 Tbsp. chili powder

    Saute turkey meat and minced garlic until all the pink disappears in a nonstick frying pan sprayed with nonfat cooking spray.

    Add the remaining ingredients and simmer about 30 minutes. This is quick and good.
