- 1 1/2 to 2 lb. ground turkey (skinless)
- 1 pkg. onion soup mix
- 2 cans Mexican style tomatoes and juice
- 2 cans pinto beans
- 1 (27 oz.) light spaghetti sauce
- 1/2 tsp. cumin
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1 1/2 tsp. garlic
- pepper to taste
- 3 Tbsp. chili powder
Directions

1Saute turkey meat and minced garlic until all the pink disappears in a nonstick frying pan sprayed with nonfat cooking spray.

2Add the remaining ingredients and simmer about 30 minutes. This is quick and good.
