  • 2 cans ready to bake biscuits
  • syrup (regular or sugar-free)
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 c. lemon juice
  • 4 to 5 large apples or peaches
  • 1 c. raisins
  • 1 tsp. nutmeg
  • butter or oleo

Directions

    Roll out biscuits.

    Place in 9 x 13-inch pan or larger if you double recipe.

    Cut apples in 1/8.

    Place on biscuits, drop pieces of butter on top and pour on syrup as desired.

    Sprinkle on raisins, cinnamon, nutmeg and lemon juice.

    Bake until biscuits are done at 350°.

    Eat warm and enjoy.

    If desired, top with whip cream, lemon sauce or ice cream.
