  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 12 cup brown sugar
  • 4 tablespoons flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 12 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla
  • Cool Whip, thawed
