- 1 lb. raisins
- 4 Tbsp. margarine
- 3 tsp. cornstarch
- 1/4 c. cold water
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/3 c. Sugar Twin
Directions

1Cook raisins with the margarine in about 3 cups of water until tender.

2Mix cornstarch in 1/4 cup cold water; add to raisins to thicken them.

3If this is not enough to thicken, add a little more.

4Add remaining ingredients; bring to a boil.

5Let mixture cool.

6Pour into bottom crust.

7Top with remaining crust.

8Slash crust and brush with margarine.

9Cook until crust is brown at 375°.
