- 1/4 cup golden raisins
- 2 tbsp Sambuca liqueur
- 1 cup chopped parsley stems (I used Italian) cleaned
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 to 3/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp red wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp chopped garlic
Directions

1Place the raisins and Sambuca in a small pot over medium heat and reduce by half.

2Add to a food processor or blender along with the remaining ingredients.

3Puree until fine.

4Serve at room temperature.
