- 1 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. baking powder
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 c. diced cooked ham
- 1/2 c. (2 oz.) shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
- 1/4 c. chopped pimiento
Directions

1Combine dry ingredients.

4Stir in remaining ingredients.

5Heat a well-greased 9-inch cast-iron skillet in a 400° oven for 3 minutes.

6Pour batter into hot skillet.
