Raspberry Jello Salad

  • 1 box (6 Oz. Size) Raspberry Jello
  • 2 cups Boiling Water
  • 10 ounces, weight Frozen Raspberries
  • 2 cups Applesauce
  • 8 ounces, weight Sour Cream
  • 5 ounces, weight Mini Marshmallows

Directions

    In a large bowl, carefully combine the raspberry jello and boiling water. Stir gently to dissolve. Add the frozen raspberries and applesauce, stir to combine. Pour into a large serving bowl. Allow to set for a couple of hours.

    Mix the sour cream and marshmallows in a bowl and spread evenly across the jello. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
