  • 2 (6 oz.) boxes raspberry Jell-O
  • 1 (20 oz.) can pineapple, crushed
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 large carton (24 oz.) small curd cottage cheese
  • 1 (12 oz.) carton Cool Whip

Directions

    Combine Jell-O, pineapple and sugar.

    Bring to a boil; cool. Add cottage cheese and Cool Whip.

    Chill overnight in mold. Serves 24.
