- 3 Tbsp. melted butter
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 3 eggs, separated
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1 c. heavy cream
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen raspberries
Directions

1Combine thoroughly crumbs, melted butter and 2 tablespoons sugar.

2Lightly press mixture into well-greased 7 x 11 x 1 1/2-inch pan.

3Bake in a moderate 375° oven about 8 minutes.

6Add cream cheese, sugar and salt.
