  • 1 teaspoon red wine vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon capers, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons flat leaf parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon tarragon, chopped
  • 1 shallot, finely chopped
