- 20 small red potatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 12 teaspoon garlic salt
- 12 teaspoon dill
- salt (to taste)
Directions

1Preheat oven to 375F.

2Wash and cut potatoes into halves or quarters.

3Try to make them approximately bite-size.

4Put into a mixing bowl.

5In a small bowl, mix the garlic salt, dill and oil.

6Toss potatoes in the oil mixture, coating evenly.

7Line a cookie sheet with tin foil and spray with no stick cooking spray.

8Put potatoes on sheet in a single layer.

9Bake for 20 minutes, and then stir.

10Bake for about another 20 minutes, checking frequently.

11Cooking time will depend on the size of the potatoes.

12Sprinkle with salt before serving.
