  • 1 Cup chopped Small Whole Onions
  • 2 Cloves Minced Garlic
  • 6 Ounces V-8 Juice
  • 1 Tsp. Dijon style mustard
  • 1 Teaspoon Dried Rosemary leaves
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Dried Thyme
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Ground Allspice
  • 1/2 Pound Fresh Mushrooms
  • 2 Sliced Carrots
