- 1 Tsp. Dijon style mustard
- 1 Teaspoon Dried Rosemary leaves
- 1/2 Teaspoon Dried Thyme
- 1/4 Teaspoon Ground Allspice
- 1/2 Pound Fresh Mushrooms
- 2 Sliced Carrots
