  • 1 lb. can sauerkraut
  • 2 tsp. brown sugar
  • 3 bags dried corned beef
  • 2 c. Thousand Island dressing
  • 3/4 lb. grated Swiss cheese
  • 8 slices rye bread, pulled into small pieces
  • 1 stick butter or margarine, melted

Directions

    Cook and drain sauerkraut.

    Layer all ingredients in order in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
