  • 1 (16 oz.) jar sauerkraut, rinsed and well drained
  • 1 1/4 c. cooked, chopped corned beef
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
  • 2 slices rye bread, cubed
  • 2 Tbsp. melted butter

    Combine the first 5 ingredients and place in an 11 x 7-inch baking dish. Sprinkle with the bread and cheese. Drizzle with the melted butter. Bake uncovered for 25 to 30 minutes at 350° or until heated through. Yield: 5 servings.
