Fudge Brownie Pie

- 2 eggs
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. butter or margarine, melted
- 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
- 1/3 c. cocoa
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional)
- ice cream
- hot fudge sauce
Directions

1Beat eggs in a small mixing bowl; blend in sugar and melted butter or margarine.

2Combine flour, cocoa and salt; add to butter mixture.

3Stir in vanilla and nuts.

4Pour into lightly greased 8-inch pie plate.

5Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes or until almost set (pie will not test done).

6Cool.

7Cut into wedges. Serve topped with ice cream and hot fudge sauce.

8Makes 6 to 8 servings.
