- 1 lb. 11 oz. can sauerkraut, drained
- 2 medium tomatoes, sliced
- 2 Tbsp. Thousand Island dressing
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 (4 oz.) pkg. corned beef, shredded
- 2 c. shredded Swiss cheese (8 oz.)
- 2 cans Pillsbury refrigerator flaky biscuits
- 2 crisp rye crackers or more, crushed
- 1/4 tsp. caraway seed
Directions

1Spread sauerkraut in 9 x 13-inch baking pan.

2Top with tomato slices.

3Dot with butter and dressing.

4Cover with corned beef and sprinkle with cheese.

5Bake 15 minutes at 425°.

6Remove from oven. Separate each biscuit into 3 parts.

7Cover top with biscuits, overlapping them.

8Sprinkle with crackers and caraway seed.

9Bake 15 to 20 minutes longer or until golden brown.
