  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 12 cups rhubarb, cut fine (heaping)
  • 12 cup sugar
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon

    Cream oleo and brown sugar.

    Add egg and beat well.

    Add rest of ingredients.

    Fold in rhubarb.

    Combine sugar & cinnamon and sprinkle over top of batter before baking.

    Bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes.
