- 4 c. rhubarb pieces
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 egg
Directions

1Cut rhubarb into 1/2 inch pieces.

2Stir 1 cup sugar and 2 Tbsp. flour together and mix with rhubarb.

3Put in pan and dot with butter.

4Mix remaining sugar, flour, salt and baking powder. Stir in beaten egg.

5Put on top of rhubarb.

6Bake at 350° for 40 minutes.
