  • 10 c. rhubarb, washed and diced
  • 8 c. sugar
  • 3 pkg. (small) strawberry Jell-O

Directions

    Bring rhubarb and sugar to a boil and boil for 10 minutes. Add the Jell-O and let stand on heat until Jell-O is dissolved. Pour into jars and seal. Makes 5 pints.
