- 4 c. rhubarb (1-inch slices)
- 1 2/3 c. sugar
- 1/3 c. all-purpose flour
- dash of salt
- 1/4 c. water
- 2 Tbsp. oleo
- 2 (9-inch) pie crust
Directions

1Combine rhubarb, sugar, flour and salt.

2Let stand 15 minutes. Add water.

3Prepare pastry and fill with rhubarb mixture.

4Dot with oleo.

5Top with second crust

6and cut slits for steam to escape.

7Seal and flute.

8Bake at 400° for gas stove for 50 minutes or at 350° for electric stove for 35 minutes.
