  • 4 c. 1/2-inch pieces rhubarb
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 2 beaten eggs

Directions

    Mix all ingredients together and pour into prepared pie crust. Bake for 10 minutes at 425°.

    Reduce heat to 325° and bake an additional 25 to 30 minutes.
