- 4 c. 1-inch rhubarb pieces
- 1 1/4 c. crushed pineapple
- 2 1/2 tsp. arrowroot powder or cornstarch
- 4 c. strawberries
- 1 c. raisins
- CRISP TOPPING
Directions

1Layer rhubarb, strawberries and raisins.

2Drain juice from pineapple to mix with arrowroot powder.

3Pour pineapple and juice mixture over other ingredients.

4Add CRISP TOPPING and bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.
