  • 4 c. 1-inch rhubarb pieces
  • 1 1/4 c. crushed pineapple
  • 2 1/2 tsp. arrowroot powder or cornstarch
  • 4 c. strawberries
  • 1 c. raisins
  • CRISP TOPPING

Directions

    Layer rhubarb, strawberries and raisins.

    Drain juice from pineapple to mix with arrowroot powder.

    Pour pineapple and juice mixture over other ingredients.

    Add CRISP TOPPING and bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.
