- 1 stick margarine
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 pkg. slivered almonds
- 2 stalks celery, chopped
- 1 1/2 c. long grain rice
- 2 cans beef bouillon
- 6 medium fresh mushrooms, sliced
Directions

1Saute onion, celery and almonds in margarine for 3 minutes. Add mushrooms, then rice and bouillon; cook for 1 minute.

2Pour mixture in casserole dish.

3Cover; bake for 1 hour, or until all liquid is absorbed, at 300°.
