  • 2 c. cooked rice
  • 1 lb. hamburger
  • 2 c. spaghetti sauce
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 4 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 4 oz. Colby cheese, grated

    Saute hamburger until meat is done.

    Drain.

    In a glass casserole dish spoon the cooked rice evenly on the ungreased bottom.

    Crumble the drained hamburger on top.

    With a teaspoon, place sour cream in plops randomly across other ingredients to suit individual taste.

    Gently pour spaghetti sauce over all ingredients.

    Top with 2 cheeses.

    Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
