- 2 c. cooked rice
- 1 lb. hamburger
- 2 c. spaghetti sauce
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 4 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
- 4 oz. Colby cheese, grated
Directions

1Saute hamburger until meat is done.

2Drain.

3In a glass casserole dish spoon the cooked rice evenly on the ungreased bottom.

4Crumble the drained hamburger on top.

5With a teaspoon, place sour cream in plops randomly across other ingredients to suit individual taste.

6Gently pour spaghetti sauce over all ingredients.

7Top with 2 cheeses.

8Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
