- 1 1/2 c. wild and long grain rice
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (2 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
- 1/4 c. margarine
- 1 1/4 c. water
- 1/2 c. sliced green onions
- 1/2 c. slivered almonds
- 1 c. sliced water chestnuts
Directions

1Combine all ingredients and mix well.

2Pour into dish and cover with foil.

3Bake at 325°, stirring every 20 minutes until margarine melts.

4Reduce heat to 300° and bake 2 to 2 1/2 hours.
