- 3/4 c. rice
- 3 c. water
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 eggs
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 qt. half and half
- 2 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Simmer rice in water with butter and salt for 1/2 hour or until stiff.

2Add half and half; cover.

3Bring to boil.

4Boil 20 minutes, stirring frequently.

5In separate bowl, beat eggs, sugar and vanilla.

6Add to rice and bring to boil.

7Remove from stove. Sprinkle with cinnamon.

8Refrigerate.

9(Best when done in a double boiler.)
