- 1 quart of Milk
- 1 tsp of Vanilla
- 3 TBSP Margarine
- 3/4 cup of regular rice
- 3/4 cup of sugar
Directions

1In the top half of a double boiler mix all the above ingredients, in the bottom half fill with water until it just touches the bottom of the top pan.

2Boil the water slowly and keep checking the water to make sure it doesn't completely boil out. Keep mixing the pudding occasionally.

3Cook at least for an hour, maybe more.

4When the rice is no longer hard or crunchy, it is done.

5Remove from the heat and let cool before refrigerating. Sprinkle with cinnamon and ENJOY.
