Rice Pudding

Ingredients

  • 1 large can evaporated milk
  • 3/4 c. rice
  • 5 c. water
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla

Directions

    Put in large pot evaporated milk, rice and water.

    Cook on medium heat until rice is soft and thickness you like.

    About 30 minutes after it starts to boil, pour into bowl and mix in sugar and vanilla.

    Sprinkle with nutmeg if desired.

    Refrigerate.
