- 2 c. water
- 1 c. sugar
- pinch of salt
- 1 c. uncooked rice
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
- cinnamon
- as many raisins as you want (optional)
Directions

1Cook rice in first 4 ingredients, mixing constantly for 30 minutes or until rice is cooked.
