Ricotta Cake

Directions

   Mix cake as directed.

   Cream together Ricotta, sugar, eggs, lemon juice and lemon rind.

   Put this mixture over cake batter. Bake at 350° for 50 minutes.

   Put over the cake a lemon pie filling.

   Top with Cool Whip and sprinkle with chopped nuts.

   Use a 9 x 13-inch greased baking dish.
