- 1 box lemon cake mix
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 lb. Ricotta
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. lemon rind
Directions

1Mix cake as directed.

2Cream together Ricotta, sugar, eggs, lemon juice and lemon rind.

3Put this mixture over cake batter. Bake at 350° for 50 minutes.

4Put over the cake a lemon pie filling.

5Top with Cool Whip and sprinkle with chopped nuts.

6Use a 9 x 13-inch greased baking dish.
