- 1 c. self-rising flour
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 c. regular milk
- 2 c. fruit (apples, peaches, blackberries or blueberries)
Directions

1Set oven at 375°.

2Melt margarine in 13 x 9 x 1 1/2-inch pan. Stir flour and milk into a batter.

3When margarine melts, pour into pan.

4Mix fruit with sugar to suit your taste.

5Heat until sugar dissolves, then pour over crust in pan.

6Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until brown.

7Crust will rise over fruit.
