- 1 large can Veg-All or substitute veggies (we like stir-fry oriental veggies)
- 1/4 c. mayonnaise
- 1 can cream of mushroom, chicken or celery soup
- 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 can water chestnuts
- 1 pkg. Ritz crackers
- several pats of butter (optional)
Directions

1Crunch one roll of Ritz crackers and cover bottom of casserole dish.

2Mix all other ingredients and spread on top of crackers. Crunch second roll of Ritz crackers and use for topping.

3Place small amounts of butter on top if desired.

4Vary quantities of ingredients to suit personal tastes.

5Bake at 325° until cheese melts, approximately 25 minutes.
