- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tsp. each garlic and ginger paste
- 1 cup yogurt
- Salt to taste

1Wash meat and dry thoroughly using paper towels.
