- 1 kg chicken, cut into pieces (with skin)
- 2 tablespoons butter
- salt and pepper, to taste
Directions

1Pierce the chicken pieces with a fork, and apply butter, salt and pepper all over.

2Now place a saucer like plate upright in a dish or a microwave rack, and arrange the chicken pieces in it placing the thicker pieces outwards.

3Cover and cook on HI for five minutes.

4Re-arrange the pieces and cook covered at 70 per cent for five minutes.

5Uncover and cook further on HI for five minutes.

6Let it stand for two minutes before serving.
