  • 1 venison roast any cut
  • 1 teaspoon worchestershire sauce
  • 2 garlic cloves crushed
  • 1 onion small
  • 1 teaspoon parsley
  • 1 teaspoon celery powder
  • 1 Orange or grapefruit
  • lemon fresh-squeezed is preferred

Directions

    Optionally, you may sear the roast in a little bacon grease or butter to help seal flavor prior to cooking!!!

    Combine all, let sit covered in fridge at least several hours, overnight is recommended.

    Place everything in roasting pan, add water till roast is half covered.

    Cook at 325 degrees until tender and done to your liking.
