  • 2 cups almonds, blanched and skinned
  • 1/4 cup peanut oil
  • Coarse sea salt

Directions

    Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

    Place the almonds in a bowl, pour over the peanut oil and toss to coat.

    Spread on a baking sheet and bake until lightly browned and sizzling, about 10 minutes.

    Remove from the oven, season with salt and let cool.

    Once cool, season again, if needed.
