- 1/4 cup peanut oil
- Coarse sea salt
Directions

1Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

2Place the almonds in a bowl, pour over the peanut oil and toss to coat.

3Spread on a baking sheet and bake until lightly browned and sizzling, about 10 minutes.

4Remove from the oven, season with salt and let cool.
